We want all participants to arrive on time. Please keep in mind that Warsaw can be heavily congested, especially in the morning hours.
We recommend using public transportation – not only is it more convenient in the city center, but it also helps reduce your carbon footprint.
Good news for those using private transport – the venue offers dedicated parking spaces.



CLOAKROOM & LUGGAGE


If you’re arriving directly to the conference, you can leave your luggage in the cloakroom. After registration, the staff will guide you to the exact drop-off point.

Participants arriving directly from the Eastern/Central Station or Airport via organized transport may leave their luggage on the vehicle. It will be delivered to the Mercure Hotel and available during check-in.
